It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

The quality of the finish was excellent and the overall look was exactly as we wanted (natural matte finish). So good that we have asked him to do the remaining rooms in our house! This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
