Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. I will definitely use them again

I found Paul on RatedPeople site. Thank goodness I did. Paul is an absolute find, honest, trustworthy and extremley hard working. He transformed my deceased Mums house from a gloomy neglected property to a awesome saleable property. 5stars dont do him justice if i could i would make 10. So if anyone wants a job doing to a extremley high standard and attention to detail and on budget and on time ...look no further. This guy is worth every £ ! In fact dont look anywhere else. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly.
