R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication. The standard of work appears excellent and the finish looks great. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

I comissioned John and his team for a property renovation. He is very reliable, friendly, honest and professional and he has a high standard of workmanship where he provide a good service to his customers and only uses good quality products. I was impressed with John's communication and advice on the best way to tackle some decor problems. He was able to offer referals and liase with other contractors which helped immensly with the project. I wouldn't hesitate to use John again and recommend Lickapaint.

After waiting three weeks to see how the new lawn progressed I can say that it is as good as I hoped at this stage. The job from contact to now has been excellent with the work starting on time and finished in one day as promised. Ben was very helpful in all aspects of our meetings making me feel very comfortable and confident in recommending his work.

Graham was quick to quote and get in touch, he was friendly, professional and showed up on time. The quote he gave was honest and more than competitive. We are extremely pleased with Darryl's work. He decorated our hallway and landing, which included wallpapering, painting walls and ceilings, painting all the new skirting and door casings, and painting/staining new bannisters and handrail we had installed. His quote was reasonable and he was dedicated, working right up until Xmas and even doing a couple of days between Xmas/New Years to finish the job off. We will be using Darryl again for future decorating, and would highly recommend him to others.

I saw John's profile here on rated people.he was keen to quote for the decorating of my hall. stairs and landing. He turned up exactly on time and explained how he would do the job and gave a competitive quote. He arrived bang on time every morning. He is very thorough and his attention to detail was excellent .John did a first class job and he is very easy to get on with aswell.he is coming back soon to do the kitchen .I highly recommend John.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
