I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. We used Decor by Elliott's to repaint our offices. I got a number of quotes and they came in by far the cheapest. I was a little concerned that cheaper would mean poorer quality but I was very pleasantly surprised. The work was carried out by the owner, Wayne Elliott, and he clearly takes a great deal of pride in his work. Wayne was able to carry out the job almost straight away after the quote was accepted. He turned up when he said he would and was always on time. As they were work premises he worked throughout the night and at weekends over the course of a couple of weeks. The quality of his work is impeccable and he did such a good job of tidying up after himself you would hardly know he'd been here (apart from the freshly painted walls!). I would highly recommend Decor by Elliott's and we will certainly use them again for any future refurbishment work.
