East Kent Renovations is a professional painting, decorating and renovations & restoration contractor based in Sandwich and Broadstairs. My name is Keith Roberts and I have been in the construction industry for 38 years. I am primarily a professional decorator and paper hanger. I have worked all over the UK and on restoration projects in Italy. I set up East Kent Renovations to bring together the much sort after skills and expertise of various tradesmen and craftsmen I've either worked with or had dealings with over the years. Painting and decorating Paper hanging and specialist wall coverings. Floor sanding and finishing, including parquet. Carpentry. Plastering and rendering. Tiling. Glazing. Timber box sash window repairs, maintenance and overhauls. Electrical. Plumbing. Structural. I've undertaken contracts for new builds, renovations, historical restorations, shop fitting and lottery funded grades 1& 2 listed building restorations. Hotels, bars , restaurants, night clubs, banks building societies, government and council buildings, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals are some of the commercial sector contracts I have completed. Since 2016 East Kent Renovations has been mainly concentrating on private contracts for home owners and small businesses. Free quotations and no money asked for upfront.
