I can't rate Len highly enough. Great professional yet friendly service. Turned up when he said he would, did the job that he said he would in the time that he said he would. And between times, gave advice, explained the issues and what else I could do that would help. He went through the rest of the flat and sealed the other windows as a bonus. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.
