Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. Really pleased that I found Adrian through this site - he was superb! The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. As a landlord who lives nowhere near the property, Adrian was given a set of keys and was extremely trustworthy and provided excellent communication via Whatsapp throughout the job ?? Good guy!

David and Tom Harker completely redecorated the hall in our 4 storey Victorian House. This included stripping/repapering under the dado rail throughout the hall. I was impressed how much care and effort they put into the preparation phase of the work. The painting/papering was then completed with minimal fuss and to a high standard. They were also very considerate, always leaving the work areas clean and tidy and not invading out personal space. I would recommend them without hesitation.
