Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

What can I say. Darrell is amazing. The workmanship is beyond perfect. Darrell listens to what you want and carries out the job to the highest quality and finish. My boiler has never looked so good. The pipework is beautiful. when british gas put it in I had pipes left right and centre all higgeldy piggledy. Darrell has straightened them up neatly. Thank you Darrell. Brilliant job well done.

Excellent, professional job undertaken by Ty and his guys Matt & John. Project was to remove existing tiling and then install new to kitchen, pantry & utility room. Old tiles & latexing done in one day, then new works completed in 1 & 1/2 days. Matt & John worked long days to complete the work in shortest possible timescale, and respected that works were being done in our home. Very considerate and tidy. Pricing was good value.
