The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Top guys. They did quite a bit of work for me. Installed and tiled a complete bathroom, fitted a new central heating boiler and cleared any blocked rads, built a small utility cupboard and converted a larger bedroom into a bedroom and office. Very clean and would definitely use again if needed.

Tom is obviously very knowledgeable and chats through the job with you beforehand. He offered us good advice and options on how to connect our 2 new vanity sinks, a new shower and new toilet to our existing soil stack. Tom communicates well and arrives as agreed. I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly.
