Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

Iain was friendly, turned up when he said he would and completed the jobs we'd asked him to a good standard. He was regularly in touch too to make sure we knew when he was coming and to check exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use him again.

Matthew arrived promtly on all 3 occassions from his first estimate visit to completion. He communicated well and was very polite. The estimate was comparable with other quotes. We are pleased with the tiling and are happy to recommend Matthew. He clearly takes pride in his work and was able to suggest an excellent cleaning product too, which keeps the glass tiles shining.

We love our new bathroom!! Richard’s done an amazing job. He’s hard working, a perfectionist who pays attention to detail!! Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

Great level of quality on finished work. That includes the decking, paving and raised beds. There was some uncertainty in starting date due to the weather issues going on but was worth the wait.

Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.
