James initially came to do a bathroom repair which had been badly managed by previous plumber. James in the end has installed a great new bathroom for us. His workmanship is excellent, reliable and also trustworthy. Would certainly have no problem in recommending James as a Rated Plumber.

We were looking for someone to put in a partition wall and Eamon contacted us. From the very beginning Eamon was very professional. He provided a quote very quickly and everything was very clear. His quote was very competitive and reasonable. On the first day Eamon and his colleague arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. On the second day the plasterer worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to use Eamon and his team again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Iain was friendly, turned up when he said he would and completed the jobs we'd asked him to a good standard. He was regularly in touch too to make sure we knew when he was coming and to check exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use him again.

Matthew arrived promtly on all 3 occassions from his first estimate visit to completion. He communicated well and was very polite. The estimate was comparable with other quotes. We are pleased with the tiling and are happy to recommend Matthew. He clearly takes pride in his work and was able to suggest an excellent cleaning product too, which keeps the glass tiles shining.

We love our new bathroom!! Richard’s done an amazing job. He’s hard working, a perfectionist who pays attention to detail!! Richard consulted us every step of the way ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, when we couldn’t decide on the layout, he guided us in the right direction.
