Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. We were very pleased with the efforts of CLP to come and check the job that needed doing. Then Cain fixed where he thought the problem was. So far there hasn’t been any water sip through the windows but we’ll have to wait for the stormy weather to actually say “yes!”, the job is finished ????

Martin communicated well and arrived on time. Did a thorough job with all the fixtures and fittings I needed putting in, and was very careful not to disturb pipework or wiring when drilling. Neat and tidy, very pleasant - would recommend.

James initially came to do a bathroom repair which had been badly managed by previous plumber. James in the end has installed a great new bathroom for us. His workmanship is excellent, reliable and also trustworthy. Would certainly have no problem in recommending James as a Rated Plumber.

Dorj was incredible. He took on board what we wanted, worked really hard, did an incredible job of our bathroom and fixed some little issues we had afterwards. He's currently completing our kitchen and fireplace and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back.

Built a dividing concrete block wall in our garage. Started work soon after contact, got the job done quickly and to a decent standard. Would happily have back again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
