We learned the hard way with our kitchen that we wanted a smaller company to do the bathroom so that we could speak directly to the people doing the work. Our choice was vindicated with Reuben and Chris - nothing was too much trouble and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Hard-working, good humoured and low-maintenance, they were a pleasure to have in the house. The finished bathroom surpasses our expectations, we are delighted with it and readily recommend Southside Renovations.

Sam was just amazing. We had a major loft conversion and house extension done. At first we just asked him to refit the existing kitchen, which he did brilliantly. Then we asked him to build fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. After that there were a dozen small joinery jobs such as building shelf units at the ends of the baths, boxing in pipes etc. And there was tiling. Everything was done to a very high quality, very quickly, with creative input, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is strongly recommended.

Pat was very professional, kept us informed of the work in progress and now we have a most beautiful car port gate all hand made by him Amazing skill and professionalism. We would always recommend him to our friends and neighbours.

Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

Lazlo's fiancee, Niki and her mum have now cleaned twice for us and are fantastic - highly recommended. Niki asked if I would rate her on here, which I am very happy to do, as having had many cleaners in family homes in Woking over 20 odd years, I can honestly say she (and her mum) are the most efficient and best by far! They are now our regular weekly cleaners.

We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. James came to repair my sash window. He did an excellent job in repairing the cord including other works on the window that was required. These are old windows and he was careful with them. He was fast, clean and efficient. He explained what he was doing, asked me to try the window to make sure it was to my satisfaction before he left. Job well done.
