Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with my new ceiling and spotlights and my outside sensor lights. Has given my property a fresh look. I recently used Michael's service for rubbish removal, mainly tree debris. His team arrived and started the job without any concerns about the quoted price. However, after completing about 80% of the work, Michael called to request an additional £95, citing a mistake in the initial quote. While I understand errors can occur, it's important to honour the original price, especially when clear photos were provided. It was very stressful and I had to pay extra money that I hadn't budgeted for.
