An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior.
