Job was probably not a standard one but chatting through with Kieren what was required on initial site visit , the estimate was fair and arrived promptly . Through to start date Kieren also kept in contact which was appreciated. Job was completed within agreed time frame and to the expected standard. Aggressive, unprofessional, ill equipped team. Quoted to weed & clean patio. Said done but it was not clean I paid 75% & they were to return in daylight to finish, they insisted that if they came back I must provide patio cleaning fluid. On return refused to follow the chemical instructions, they had no sprayer / watering can to apply it so they used mine. Despite my protests they walked across my wooden floors with chemicals on their shoes & left not jetting the chemical off, pushing me when I objected.
