I wouldn't recommend Remi. I asked him to fix a shower I let him know the likely cause of the problem he said it was a different problem the valve he needs the money to order it so I paid him £210. No answer for 3 days after that even though he told me it would be fitted in a day or 2 he told me the part hadn't arrive after 7days he told me the parts here I'm going to fit the valve then rang me saying he couldn't fit it I need a new shower £700, he didn't even go to the property to attempt to for the valve

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
Dave was extremely quick in responding to our job and arranging to come round to provide the quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to fit our job in very quickly and the work was tidy and of a very high standard. Dave is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend Dave to friends and family and would certainly book Dave again for any future work that we may have.
