He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. The issue was fixed within the time he had quoted and also the price. We were so pleased their work. Really nice tradesmen who we would definitely recommend.

This company started off all ok. When their expert evaluated the leak from my boiler he said that my pump needed replacing costing a total of £685. However since they thought they had fixed my water leak I found that I still had a leak. I spoke to them a few times and they have chosen to ignore me. Don’t use them to fix anything because they are simply clueless
