We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. They were there every morning when they said they would turn up, everything was explained as it went along. Cleaned up every night.we cant recommend B&M Plastics enough. They were brilliant. Only builders we would ever use now if we needed work doing. A massive thank you to all that worked on our dining room and garden.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. I advise anyone considering working with him to proceed with caution,

I am always cautious of workmen as I have had bad experience in the past but I have to say Ashley was excellent. He came on the same day, was able to diagnose and fix the issue and kept me updated on the issue at all times. He also gave me a huge discount which I was greatful for. Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
