Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. House was left exactly as it was before the job started. No mess. Being able to pay by debit card was nice too.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. I am a time served plumber with city and guilds nvq level 2 and 3 qualification with 15 years experience, from new boilers and new central heating systems, to dripping taps to bathroom installations. specialising in reactive maintenance and repair. NO JOB TOO SMALL!! Please note our bathroom quotations last for 14 days from when the quote was given.
Luke was very professional and did a brilliant job of sorting out all our issues with the toilets. He also sorted out the problem of noisy water pipes at the same time. I would definitely recommend him.
Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
