I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Not good he didn't take the tap apart to check the washer, he just wanted to fix a new tap. The only one he had would cost 250 plus £150 to fit. I didn't have it done and won't be recommending you
