Fantastic worker. Nothing he can't do. The kitchen isn't quite finished yet, but his attention to detail is brilliant. I'll soon have a fantastic new kitchen. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

This company started off all ok. When their expert evaluated the leak from my boiler he said that my pump needed replacing costing a total of £685. However since they thought they had fixed my water leak I found that I still had a leak. I spoke to them a few times and they have chosen to ignore me. Don’t use them to fix anything because they are simply clueless

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required.
