I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Horrible experience and very dishonest plumber He doesn't deserve even one star. I have an issue with underfloor heating . Dan introduced himself as a specialist . I discovered later, he has no clue about UFH but he jumped on the job to hunt it and get any money . He asked for £80 to come & check although he has no idea how to deal with our system then he estimated the cost of £900 to get some parts. I was shocked of how much he is dishonest, carless, greedy and unprofessional. Don’t think about hiring him
