The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

He checked and went to get parts and charged me a reasonable amount to fix it there and then. Adam was punctual, friendly and very tidy and my toilet is now working perfectly! Thank you Adam. ??

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!

I have 4 1/2 years in painting and decorating at 19 ( been painting since I was 15) and passed my level 2 with distinctions across the board. I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and that I am clean and tidy.

DP Plumbing very quick to contact me, came out and looked at the job involved, rang me later that day, I accepted the quote and he started the next day, arrived at the time he said he would, all in all he did a fantastic job, took two days to complete and cleaned up after he had finished, would definitley use Darran again if I need any plumbing work doing
