He was not beingfaithful to himself. He texted me on Whatsapp to agree on a discounted rate. He said he would take £60 instead of £80 but after he has done his job he demanded that he got 80, the full money. He was not honest enough to admit that he had agreed to take 60.He asked for proof. I couldn't produce the Whatsapp message as he had deleted the message already. Finally I succumbed, paid him 80, for a 10mnt job. Won't employ people like him anymore.

Masterteck Repair is a hard surface repair and French Polishing specialist.
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
Sonny was very helpful, I gave birth the night before he was supposed to come and he rearranged without any fuss, customer service was excellent! Would recommend him to anyone.

He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.
