Hass from Comforooms had a tricky problem to investigate the cause of a leaky shower that had caused damage. It was more complicated than initially thought, but Hass pin-pointed the issues and explained what was required. He and his workmen were very skilled and tidy. Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.
