Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Quotes got changed regularly as boiler was not inspected properly to begin with that led to multiple visits and the original quote being wildly out. They tried to charge me for the initial 5 min look before the quote was provided.
