I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Two problems to resolve, a water leak to my boiler and a water leak from a radiator valve. The water leak to the boiler was diagnosed, and the most cost-effective proposal was a new boiler, i'll take that on face value and get a second opinion. The radiator valve was tightened, which made things worse, loosened, still worse, and left. The leak is now much worse than before, as is the boiler leak. In short, I'm £95 out of pocket and have two problems worse than they were before.
