Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. Did job at short notice for very fair price and finish looked good.
Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.

This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.
Had decking area removed around the back of the house/garden & replaced with a slabbed area. Alan did a fantastic job, professional, reliable & trustworthy gentleman. This job was made more difficult due to access issues to the rear of my property, so had to come throu back garden of neighbours, this didn't phase Alan at all, didn't cause any problems for them either.
