Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Completely trustworthy, punctual, always left the house as it was prior to him doing the day's work, cleaned the mess daily, polite, informative, friendly, so much so I left him with my keys to carry out the work whilst I was in work. I would highly recommend this person to anyone - He has fitted me a new Combi Bolier removing the conventional boiler and it took 3 days. I would use Stuart again should I need to and I have recommended him to my friends and family
