Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hi, I am an experienced, time served plumber. I approach all aspects of my work to ‘best practice’ standards. No cutting corners, no short cuts, no cheap materials. I believe that a thorough survey and effective, timely communication are the key to success and satisfaction. I am based in Partridge Green, West Sussex. But I cover a wide area from Chichester to Eastbourne, from Brighton to Redhill. I cover all nature of domestic installations (kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, extensions, conversations, en suites etc) Surveying, maintenance and repairs. Heating and hot water upgrades/problem solving, Power Flushing. Unvented hot water systems, accumulators, etc. For larger, or for more ‘involved’ projects, I work alongside a small, select team of trusted tradesmen. So, I can provide recommendations in order to complete your whole project (plasterer, carpenter, electrician, tiler and decorator) and then can manage the project on your behalf. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again.
