Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
