Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Excellent company, meticulous, trustworthy and of high quality. I would definitely recommend them to others including friends and family.
Peter did a fantastic job doing a complete bathroom renovation for me. The old suite was removed and all the old tiling, he fitted the new shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail to my complete satisfaction and did several other little jobs we asked him to do which we hadn't included in the original plan. The tiling he did was beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy at each stage of the project. He arrived promptly every morning and put in an 8 hour day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

Very helpful young man responded to my initial enquiry very quickly. He was in the area and called within a short time. He solved my leaking tap problem when he called as he had the necessary replacement valves with him. The amount charged I thought was very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
