Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I needed a total bathroom refurbishment it was my very good fortune to find Charlie cowie online. id had four other bathroom specialists out for a quote but after 5 minutes I knew I wanted Charlie to do the refurbishment. his professionalism and eye for detail were FANTASTIC. he is also very friendly and treats your home as if it was his own. Charlie did all the work himself and left no mess at all. the finished job was truly OUTSTANDING. kitchen is the next project so you know who will be doing that.
