I hired 369 Home Design to refurbish my bathroom, if I could give more star I would, Mick was very professional and always cleaned up after himself, I'm very fussy but that wasn't a problem as all the materials used were of good quality, my bathroom is now luxurious and practical, I would have no problem in recommending 369 Home Design (Barnsley) you won't be disappointed.

Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. Very bad service. Paid £150 for 15 minutes, where he just tightened a seal. The following day my kitchen flooded and they refused to come out for three days so had to call another plumber. No refund or apology.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
