Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted.
