The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

Did the job on the gas boiler that was badly fitted in a brand new house and no problems and left us saying it will be fine when the water starts running through it. An hour later we started to get a leak and they cancelled a job to get back to us ASAP pulled up some carpet and sawn through the floorboards and ceiling to get to the problem to fix it properly. Highly recommended for both quality of job and above and beyond customer service.

I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.
