Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days.
