Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Capable of undertaking over 100 repair jobs in the home including Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bespoke carpentry, most Plumbing (no gas), Electrics (no rewires), Tiling, Flooring and much more! You can find us in NW London and we cover North and West London but also surrounding counties such as Harrow and Herts. Fully tooled, insured and experienced enough to get round any problem you have as long as you can afford it! We are not cheap, but neither are these lead platforms so you are paying for the skills and knowledge. This is highly valuable to all our customers. Also, all works (except repairs) are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding materials) so you have peace of mind. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions being accepted, but if you want a copy of them prior to hiring, just ask! Terms * Rates are fair and charged in increments so no surprise costs! If I could give 10 stars I would! Cristian, Nico & team worked tirelessly over the period of New Year to rip out my old leaking shower room and refit. When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. All work completed to an excellent standard & within 4 days, reasonably priced & expert tradesman. A brilliant job and I couldn’t recommend Cristian & team any more. Great guys. THANK YOU!!
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
