Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. My rating is based on customer service only. At this point I was seeking costs and advice of which I promptly got from Adam. Along with discussing the job I posted, we also talked about another job I have; He’s the first person to suggest checking / replacing a part other than my needing a new shower unit. Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.

Tim was great. Came at short notice. Everything installed well and pointed out a vent had been left open causing the smell of standing water. Tim cut out the drawer to fit around the qettle unit and pipework. Very clean and very helpful. I'll happily use him again. Thumbs up.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
