Regrouted some tiles in my bathroom. There was a defect in one line. No big deal. Reached out multiple times. He was gonna fix it. Not getting a response after 3 weeks. I will now need to engage another tradesperson. Totally avoidable. Tiny job. I don’t get this.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Cristian and Tudor worked together.The latter spoke little English but proved to be a skilful craftsman dismantling and rebuilding a crumbling 100year old Burr wall for me. over a weekend period and at a reasonable price. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price.
