Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Polite, tidy, and customer focused. In my view Tony and Mark are excellent and versatile tradesmen. A difficult refresh of a marble bathroom not touched for 45 years. Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

So glad I had Ion and builder John work on my project. Quality workmanship, hard working, punctual, thorough, good at implementing designs etc. Went from having a completely empty shell, to a new fully fitted bathroom, (THEN..) kitchen inc/appliances, engineered wood flooring throughout.. in 4 1/2 weeks.. Absolutely everything is spot on, and nothing was missed out. Assured of the thoroughness of work undertaken also, because Ion highlighted/solved a few things I hadn't been aware of as the job went along.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.
