Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Bathroom work- I had a disappointing experience with this builder. Within just 1 yr of completing th work, we had 4 separate water leaks, resulting in thousands of pounds in damage. Th quality of materials used was subpar. On escalating these issues & asking for compensation, th builder simply told us to file it in court rather than taking responsibility for th problems. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from choosing this builder. We expected much better materials, workmanship & accountability.
