Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Leon was quick to realise what the problem was. It wasn't a serious issue as initially thought, luckily. Got it fixed in 15 minutes.
I had a problem with my roof, Ian was very helpful, gave a description of what wrong and what my options were. He took pictures of the problem, to save me going on the roof, turned up when he said he would and fixed the leak. His number is now saved on my phone!
