Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Zlatko was brilliant. I made the initial contact for the work to be carried out at my sons' house. My son had just had a wood burning stove installed (it was a wedding present from my wife and myself) Obviously, there was a good deal of making good that needed doing. A fire surround and cast iron grate had to be removed. Once contact was made with Zlatko it was all systems go. He turned up on time to give a quote which was very competitive. He turned up the next day and did a super job.

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.
