Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Very impressed with the punctuality and professionalism displayed by J&S Plumbing and Heating. The initial survey of the damage caused by the leak at my property was done free of charge. The subsequent work to rectify the problem was done speedily and efficiently. I would use J&S Plumbing in the future and definitely recommend them to others.
Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.

Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
