Hi, my name is Tom Fields, I am the director of Premier Property Solutions. The company was only recently established within the last 2 years. However, I have 12 years of experience in the jobs required listed below. Within those 12 years, I spent 6 of them primarily doing housing renovations therefore have developed a wide range of different skills and professions along the way. The housing renovations included work such as bathroom and kitchen fitting, repairs, furniture installation, plastering and joinery work. 3 of the years were dedicated to training and working as an electrician and an additional 3 years I spent serving within The Royal Navy. Therefore, I am competent, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and will ensure the job is done at the highest of standards. I am new to Rated People, since the company is newly established I would like to use it as a platform to promote the company and deliver good quality work. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time.
