Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He was very reliable, always keeping to times and keeping us posted if there were any unavoidable changes. He completed the work quickly and to a high standard ensuring everything was left tidy after completion. He is honest and reduced the bill from the original quote since fewer materials were needed.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
