They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Found I had a wall support that was literally moving. Alan came out had a look, gave a very good quote and when I said when can you do it the reply was "tomorrow !" Came as promised, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. Would I recommend.... Deffinatly !

8 Days from Job Posting to Completion!! All communication was brilliant with Trent & Derwent. Electricians arrived on time and job was completed in a couple of hours to a high standard and a bonus that the room was tidier after they left!

I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. Couldn't of asked for anyone better to do the work! 10/10 for every aspect from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

Paul has transformed our Kitchen, and it now looks amazing, and is a pleasure to use. Everyone that sees our Kitchen comments how nice it is, and I love it! He also changed the flooring in the kitchen and hallway, and did an excellent job. Paul offered excellent communication, was always on time, and kept the house as clean as possible, which was very helpful considering we have three young children. He couldn’t have been more helpful, so much so that I’ve booked Paul for some more work in the new year.
