Top tradesman. Clearly a perfectionist as didnt leave until job was 100% in full working order, no matter how long it took. Going to use Will for other jobs from now on+recommend to family/friends...look nowhere else people for all your digital needs...wired up my house so that i have ethernet connections to multiple rooms. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Eugene cleaned off all the peeling paint on the window, sanded, then gave everything a coat of primer, and then a double coat of paint. Excellent job, he turned up on time did a good job and left no mess

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time.
